A real estate development fund aims to undertake the construction of a residential tower for subsequent sale, generating capital returns for unit owners over the medium term through direct investment in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Riyadh. A residential tower project will be established on a plot of land located in Riyadh, in the Al Olaya district – Al Olaya main street, with an area of 1,600 square meters.
The targeted maximum capital of the fund is 118,000,000 Saudi Riyals, with a minimum fund operation threshold of 60,000,000 Saudi Riyals.
