Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announced that its Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Abdulwahab bin Abdulkarim Al-Bateeri from his position as Chairman and member of the Board on November 23, 2023.
The company explained in a statement on Tadawul that the resignation will take effect starting Sunday, November 26, 2023, noting that the resignation was due to personal reasons.
The company also indicated that it will announce any developments regarding the chairmanship and the appointment of a replacement member to the vacant position after obtaining approval from the Capital Market Authority.
