The fund aims to achieve capital profits upon the fund’s maturity by purchasing raw residential land in Al-Dweikhalah district, Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah. The land area is 131,971.31 square meters, and it will undergo initial development, including infrastructure, building parks, and street sidewalks. The project parcels will be sorted and sold, leading to the fund’s termination.
