Osoul & Bakheet Investment Company has launched the “Osoul & Bakheet Four Directions Fund for Developing Al-Yamama City Center,” a closed private real estate investment fund aimed at developing a luxury residential units project in the center of Riyadh. The project is located minutes away on foot from the Kingdom Tower and is situated on Olaya Street. The fund aims to achieve capital growth by constructing the residential tower and then selling the project units before the fund’s term ends, distributing the sale proceeds to the unit owners.
The fund manager aims to raise a minimum capital of no less than 60 million Saudi riyals, and it will be offered exclusively to institutional and qualified investors and retail clients. The fund has a duration of four years, with the possibility of extending for an additional two years.
