Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announced that its Board of Directors decided on November 30, 2023, to appoint Board Member Abdullah Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Khurayef (Independent) as Chairman of the Board for the current term, which ends on December 26, 2024.
The company clarified in a statement today on Tadawul that this appointment will be effective from the date of the Capital Market Authority’s approval on the registration on January 22, 2024.
According to the statement, Abdullah Al-Khurayef holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Financial Management) from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University.
Currently, Al-Khurayef serves as the CEO of Al-Khurayef Commercial Company. He has held several leadership positions in various companies since 2000 before joining the Board of Directors of Osoul & Bakheet Investment Company.
Al-Khurayef is also a member of the board committees in several companies, including Sulfa, Saudi Automated Center for Auto Parts, Rakhaa Investment and Agricultural Development Company, Al-Khurayef Industries, Al-Khurayef Commercial, and Osool & Bakheet Investment Company.
