He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Osool & Bakheet Investment Company, bringing over 18 years of practical experience in the financial sector. Throughout his career, he has held various positions within Aswaal Financial Company, including Director of Information Technology. In this role, he was responsible for managing and developing the company’s information technology infrastructure and applications, as well as providing advanced/competitive electronic trading services to the company’s clients. In 2012, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Aswaal Financial Company. Following the merger, he was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Osool & Bakheet Investment Company.

Additionally, Mr. Mohammed Zakaria published a scientific research paper in the Journal of Information Science in 2009, which is among the top 5 scientific journals in the field of information technology worldwide. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2004 and obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the same university in 2006.
